Description
The Linear Tiered Kearah in silver: the same all-lucite two-tier structure, with the geometric detailing and the Arba Leshonos of Geulah running around the sides. Six labelled compartments sit on the removable lid; below them a lower tier takes the matzos, closed with magnetic doors and lined with embroidered leather shelves. Overall it measures 15.5 by 15.5 by 8 inches.
Silver is the finish most Seder tables are already set up for — becher, leichter, a challah knife carried over from Shabbos — and it lets a piece this large join the table instead of announcing a second metal in the middle of it. The height is deliberate as well: raising the simanim above the matzos puts the kearah at eye level for the children, which is half the point of the night.
Haggadah covers, matzah covers and tallis and tefillin bags are all produced in the #870 design. Ordering two or three of them together is how most people buy this piece, and it is the sort of thing that gets used every Pesach for decades rather than replaced.
