Antique Leather Zemiros Hameforash Cover in Black #1547

Black antique leather, the deepest colour Malchut works in, on a cover made for the Zemiros Hameforash. Set down at a laid table it reads as the sefer a man keeps for himself rather than one of the booklets put out for guests: solid, dark, with the grain of the antique finish showing wherever the light catches it.

One size, one version, nothing to configure. The cover fits the Zemiros Hameforash and is meant to stay on it. Bought once, it absorbs the handling a weekly sefer gets, corners knocked against the table edge and the spine opened flat every Friday night, and keeps the sefer underneath in condition. Black is also the least demanding colour to maintain, which counts for something used fifty-two times a year.
