Description
Rechov Sumsum is the Israeli version of Sesame Street, and Meet Oofnik the Grouch introduces its resident grouch on DVD. Children pick up Hebrew words painlessly from programming like this, which is a good part of why parents choose it. Preschoolers are the target viewers, and the segments end cleanly when screen time is up.
