Micro Peas — Salad Formula — Chanie Apfelbaum (Paperback, ArtScroll)

Chanie Apfelbaum built the salad formula for this Micro Peas installment, gathering 51 recipes plus 9 bonus ones for everyday, Shabbos and holiday tables in a 436-page paperback at 5.63 by 8.13 inches.

Danielle Renov, instagram personality and author of the bestselling Peas, Love, and Carrots cookbook, brings you another micro kosher cookbook from her bestselling MICRO PEAS SERIES, featuring 51 recipes and an additional 9 bonus recipes that are perfect for everyday, shabbos, and holiday cooking!

For the second book in the series Danielle teamed up with cookbook author Chanie Apfelbaum, of Busy In Brooklyn fame, to bring you a book that is truly visionary in the world of cookbooks! They flipped the traditional salad recipe on its head and instead of focusing on salad, focused on the dressing. Each dressing comes with 2 different salad variations and all measurements are given in standard US measures and metric measurements. That means all you need to make a dressing is a jar and a spoon! Bye bye dirty dishes, hello yummy salads!

This micro cook book is tiny in size but massive in content! Together with the plethora of approachable information contained on its pages these recipes can help you build an endless amount of your own custom made salads!

It is a book that you will turn to over and over again through out your life!
