Rav Aharon Kotler, a gadol known for his fiery love of learning and his devotion to his talmidim, saw that the future of the Torah world would be built in the United States.
The book follows his life from Kletzk and his escape from Europe to his arrival in America and his efforts to save Jews during the war. He went on to found Beth Medrash Govoha in New Jersey with just a handful of students, and lived to see it grow. Photographs, a timeline, a glossary and a bibliography help middle grade readers understand the history.
