This is the Schottenstein Edition Interlinear Machzor in its most elaborate binding: a five-volume Sefard set in two-tone Yerushalayim leather, full size at 5.13 x 8.13 inches, covering the Yamim Noraim and the Shalosh Regalim.

The interlinear layout is the reason to daven from a Schottenstein machzor in the first place. The translation is set word by word directly under the Hebrew, so a person following the chazan understands what he is saying without tracking back and forth between columns - which is what usually causes people to lose their place during a piyut and give up on the meaning altogether.
