Description
The Sapirstein Edition, edited by Rabbi Yisrael Herczeg, explains Rashi's commentary on the Torah so a learner can follow both what Rashi says and why he says it. Rashi's words are translated and woven together with explanatory phrases, and notes take up the question in the verse that led to each comment.
