Description
This stainless steel challah knife has a smooth, non-serrated blade and a curved handle ribbed with fine horizontal stripes. Blade and handle are both silver-tone steel. It is used to slice the challah after Hamotzi at the Shabbos and Yom Tov table, and the plain edge gives a smooth cut through soft, fresh challah. The ribbed handle gives a secure, comfortable hold while slicing.
