Description
The Bystander takes its name from the person who sees something happen and says nothing, and the story is built around that choice. Aimed at children and teens, it belongs to the category of frum productions made to open a conversation rather than simply fill an hour. Schools and families use a DVD like this one to start talking about how a group treats its own.
