Description
An extra large, 6-inch stainless steel washing cup. The body is printed in black with a lattice of small four-petal flowers and dotted lines, and a central cartouche reads "נטילת ידים" (Netilas Yadayim). Beaded borders frame the design, and a flared rim sits above two side handles. A washing cup is used for netilas yadayim, the ritual hand-washing done on waking in the morning and before eating bread, with water poured over each hand in turn.
Its larger size suits a busy household sink or shul washing station.
