Description
Black-and-white decoupage paper is laid over a wooden mezuzah case, then layered with ribbon, a carved wooden embellishment and pieces of repurposed costume jewelry. The result is more collage than paint, with real depth where the jewelry sits proud of the paper.
The black-and-white base means it goes with almost any door and any hallway, which is part of why it works as a housewarming gift for someone moving into a first apartment or a new house. The scroll inside is not included.
