Description
Design 1567 puts the Mesivta Chanukah zemiros into a bronze toned cover, five inches by seven. Bronze reads warmer than silver and darker than gold, and against the light of a menorah it picks up the flame rather than reflecting it back flatly, which is a large part of why it is chosen for a Chanukah piece specifically.
The five by seven format is the table copy, not the pocket one. It opens flat, the text sits at a comfortable reading size for adults, and it is substantial enough that it does not slide off a crowded table when eight nights of guests are reaching across it. One or two on the table is usually enough, with smaller booklets handed out around them.
Number 1567 is a design that carries across the Malchut line into haggadah covers, machzor covers, siddur covers and further zemiros booklets. A family that starts with the Chanukah volume can build out from it a piece at a time, and by the time the machzor and haggadah covers have been added the whole Yom Tov shelf matches.
