Description
Targum Onkelos, the Aramaic translation of the Chumash, is so important that the Sages included it in shnayim mikra v'echad Targum, reading the weekly portion twice and the Targum once.
The Zichron Meir Edition sets the Chumash, Rashi and Targum Onkelos side by side, with the Aramaic arranged interlinearly and notes explaining how Onkelos interprets the text.
