Description
Beeswax Shabbos Candles, 5-Hour — 24-Pack
Twenty-four candles to the box, made by hand from 100% beeswax, each burning approximately five hours.
Do the arithmetic and this box is roughly three months of Shabbos for someone lighting two candles a week, or a month and change for a family lighting six or seven. Five hours covers Friday night comfortably — candles lit at licht bentchen time are still burning when the table is cleared — without leaving flames going deep into the night.
Beeswax burns cleaner than paraffin, drips less, and carries a soft natural scent instead of a chemical one. If you have only ever used the standard white sticks, the difference at the table is immediate. Ner Mitzvah, available at Judaica Square with free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
