Description
Design 820 does something most of the range does not: it combines silver and gold embroidery on the same black velvet face. The two threads work against each other, gold carrying the warmth and silver picking out the brighter lines, and the result has more depth than a single-tone bag of the same pattern would.
You pick the size. The 10.5 by 10 bar mitzvah bag is proportioned for a boy; the 14 by 14 large talis bag is the standard adult order and takes a folded wool tallis with tefillin; and the 16 by 16 extra large is for the man with a large tallis or a full set he would rather not compress.
Because 820 carries both metals, it also matches whatever the tallis already has on it, gold clips or silver. The design is made as a challah cover too, so a family that wants the Shabbos table and the bag to come from the same number can order them together.
