Eitz Chayim Tree of Life Velvet Tallis & Tefillin Bag #132

The Eitz Chayim tree is embroidered here alongside a Torah scroll, the two motifs together giving design #132 its traditional character. It is a fuller composition than the single-motif bags in this range, and the embroidery can be taken primarily in gold with some silver, or primarily in silver with some gold.

Five sizes are made: the matching tefillin bag at 8.5" x 9.5", the bar mitzvah size at 9.5" x 9.5", a medium talis bag at 12.5" x 11.5", the large talis bag at 14" x 14" and the extra large at 16" x 16". The medium is the useful in-between size for a boy carrying a tallis for the first time but not yet a full-size one.

Black and navy velvet run across all five sizes. Royal blue, maroon and hunter green are made in the matching tefillin bag size only, so if you want colour here it will be on the small bag rather than the large one — which works well as a contrast when the tefillin bag sits inside a black talis bag.
