Description
#440 works an oval crisscross quilting through the top and bottom of the bag with a medallion crown at the centre, and genuine Swarovski crystal elements are embedded into the embroidery. The medallion treatment makes this a rounder, softer composition than a straight crown design — the oval quilting frames the centre instead of pointing at it.
Four sizes are offered. The 8.5" x 9.5" tefillin bag comes without stones and without the crown; that is the matching tefillin bag, made to sit inside the larger one. Above it are the 10" x 10.5" bar mitzvah bag, the 14" x 14" large talis bag and the 16" x 16" extra large, all carrying the full crystal design.
Crystal work is the detail most people either want or firmly do not. If you want it, the sensible approach is to take the 14x14 with the matching tefillin bag so the pair works as a set from the start.
