Order it as a 10.5" x 10" bar mitzvah bag, a 14" x 14" large talis bag, or a 16" x 16" extra large. The bar mitzvah cut is sized around tefillin and a bochur's first tallis. The two larger cuts are adult sizes; take the 16" x 16" for a heavy woolen tallis or if a siddur travels in the same bag.
