Tallis & Tefillin Bag, Black Leather with Speckled Fur, Design #1269

Black leather framing a band of fur, in two readings of the same idea. The black-and-white fur version has more contrast and more movement, the pale hairs breaking up the dark ground. The speckled fur is finer and more even, closer to a texture than a pattern. Either way, 1269 keeps the leather black and lets the fur do the work, which is why it sits comfortably next to a black hat and a dark coat instead of competing with them.

Cuts are 10.5" x 10" for a bar mitzvah bochur, 14" x 14" for a man with a standard woolen tallis, and 16" x 16" for a heavy or oversized one. If you are not sure which of the two adult sizes to take, fold the tallis as it usually gets folded and measure it; that answers the question faster than guessing.
