Description
Design 1030BB is the decorative face built as a hard tube. The ornament runs on the body of the case, and because the case is rigid it holds the pattern flat and true instead of letting it distort the way a fabric front does when a pouch is half empty. Black throughout, capped at both ends.
Sizes are 17.7 inches and 14 inches. The long tube is for a standard megillah; the 14 inch is for a shorter scroll, and it is also the size that fits in a coat or a shul bag without sticking out. A personalized snap-on handle comes with the case, clipping to the body and coming off cleanly when you want the tube to sit flat.
Between the pouch and the tube in the 1030 design, the tube is the choice for anyone whose megillah lives in a closet with other things for most of the year.
