Description
Elazar Visits the Land of Right Now is a rhyming picture book by E. Bat Melech about patience. Elazar is almost five, a kind and helpful boy who tries to listen, but he has one big problem: he does not like to wait. When his classmate Chaim celebrates a birthday, Elazar is upset that his own birthday will not come until Sivan.
His adventure takes him to the Land of Right Now, a place where patience can be bought in a store, and he comes home with a formula for patience that will help him for life. With colorful illustrations of the classroom and the Hebrew months, it is a fun read-aloud for ages 3 to 5 and a gentle way to talk about waiting.
