Description
A large 20 x 15 inch challah tray from Hadad Brothers, combining a dark wood rim with a silver top in a wavy, scalloped outline. The surface is worked in a diamond chess-board pattern, and the central plaque shows two braided challos, a Kiddush cup and candlesticks, framed by the Hebrew words לכבוד שבת קודש and זכור את יום השבת לקדשו. Four studs secure the silver panel to the wood.
Sized for full Shabbos loaves, it makes a lasting wedding or anniversary gift.
