Style #21 is a $23 hand-dipped beeswax braid, sitting alongside #15, #17, #22 and #26 in the most-ordered band of the line. If you have no particular reason to prefer one number over another, this is a fair default to start with.
The candle is 100% beeswax with no filler wax cut into it. Ner Mitzvah dips the strands, lets them firm up, and braids them by hand — a process that leaves a slightly uneven surface and a candle that burns down at a predictable rate rather than guttering partway through the bracha.
