Floral Vines Kippah, Cotton Yarmulke

The Floral Vines Kippah is a four-panel white cotton yarmulke with a tiny all-over flower print, made in 7 sizes (dome 1 to 5 plus 16cm and 18cm flat) and priced at $9.99. Small five-petal flowers in periwinkle and cornflower blue trail along thin green vines, with the odd pink bud and pale blue bell tucked in. The flowers are only a few millimetres across and evenly scattered, so the effect is light and airy rather than busy. The rim is a narrow band of the same fabric. Sold by Judaica Square, shipping from Lakewood, NJ.

How this compares

Best for

• Summer Shabbos and yom tov with a white shirt
• A spring wedding where the family wears light colours
• Younger boys, from size 1, who suit a gentle print
• Men who like florals but not large, loud blooms

Not the right choice if

• A size 6 or larger head; domes stop at 5
• Everyday rough wear, since white shows marks
• A black or dark-colour dress code
• Anyone wanting bold, easy-to-read flowers from a distance

Why customers choose it

This is the quiet floral in the range. The flowers are tiny and spaced out, so from a few feet away the kippah reads as white with a blue tint, and the vine pattern only shows up close. That makes it an easy choice for summer Shabbos or a daytime simcha, when a white shirt and light trousers are the uniform. The pink buds add warmth without making it look girlish, and flat 16cm and 18cm sizes cover adults.

Size guide

Sizing is guidance, not a promise — heads vary. When you are between two sizes, the larger one sits better.

Frequently asked questions

What flowers are in the print?
Small five-petal blue flowers, pale blue bell shapes and little pink buds, all linked by fine green vines on white.

Is the background pure white?
Yes, a clean white cotton. The blue flowers give it a cool tone overall.

How is it different from the Blue Rosebud kippah?
Blue Rosebud has single, spaced-out blue buds with more plain white. Floral Vines is denser, with connecting vines and several flower types.

Can men wear this kippah?
Yes. The flowers are small and mostly blue, and men often choose it for summer Shabbos with a white shirt. Size 5 and the flat sizes fit adults.

How do I clean white cotton?
Spot-clean with cool water and a mild soap. Test any stain remover on the inside edge first.
