Kashering Set
Kashering with boiling water is a job where the tool either keeps your hands away from the heat or it does not. This set is built around that problem. The kashering stone is locked inside a metal frame rather than sitting loose, so it cannot shift or drop while you are working, and the handle runs long with a wood covering on the grip that stays cool to hold.
Two extra-long rubber gloves come in the set, reaching well past the wrist for the moment when water comes back up off a countertop or out of a sink basin. Between the frame, the handle length and the gloves, this is the safest way we know to do the job at home.
