Mas'as Kappai On Tefillah Vol. 11

Volume 11 of Mas'as Kappai on Tefillah continues Rabbi David Cohen's series of, in ArtScroll's words, "enlightening comments on the daily, Sabbath and Festival services" - by this point in the run, a substantial body of material on the siddur.

It runs 196 pages in hardcover at 6.00 x 9.00 inches, matching the earlier volumes so the set stays uniform on a shelf. Eleven volumes in, the people buying this are usually filling a gap in a run they have been building for years, and the consistency of the binding matters to them.

The series is built for someone who has been davening the same words since childhood and wants to hear them again. The comments are short enough to take one at a time - a few minutes with a volume before Shacharis will change what you notice in a berachah you have said ten thousand times.

It is also a sound gift for a rav, a baal tefillah or a father-in-law who already owns most of the set; a missing volume is one of the few gifts a person with a full library can actually use.
