Description
From a quiet community in Memphis, Tennessee came a man whose Torah knowledge, compassion and willingness to go anywhere, anytime, to help another made him the rav and posek for thousands of Jews throughout America.
In Memphis, Rav Nota Greenblatt founded one of America's first Hebrew day schools. Nationally, he helped develop kashrus standards, brought Jews back to observance before the kiruv movement began, and traveled hundreds of thousands of miles to write gitten. A talmid of Rav Moshe Feinstein, his story is told by Shmuel Botnick.
