Reb Aharon Leib - Hebrew Edition (MaRan Bal Ayelet Hashachar)

The Hebrew edition of this biography of Rav Aharon Leib Shteinman follows him from childhood devotion to Torah in Brisk, Switzerland to a century of unlocked doors, across 440 hardcover pages.

A century of Torah. A lifetime of devotion to Hashem and His People. And a door that was never locked.

From the bestselling author of Rebbetzin Kanievsky: A Legendary Mother to All comes a remarkable biography of Reb Aharon Leib Shteinman zt'l.

• How did Reb Aharon Leib save a Jewish soul... with three candies?
• What made his simple apartment so beautiful in the eyes of Reb Aharon Leib and his rebbetzin?
• Where did he find the strength to meet with countless people... when he was over 100 years old?

From his earliest childhood, his devotion to Torah learning was unparalleled. In Brisk, Switzerland, and Eretz Yisrael, in war and in peace, his eyes were focused on his beloved sefarim. Yet at the same time, he showed incredible sensitivity to the needs and struggles of all those around him, and his door, his hand, and his heart were always open to all. His unimaginably simple home became a magnet for tens of thousands, from roshei yeshivah and gedolei hador to excited schoolchildren coming to be tested on Chumash. He shunned fame and yet became a leader of his people. His entire life was Torah study, yet he understood better than almost anyone the challenges of modern life.

This is his story.
