Stand-Up Bencher, Birchas Hamazon Design #160, Eduth Mizrach

A stand-up bencher, folded so it holds itself upright at the setting through the whole seudah rather than going soft and slumping onto the plate by the fish course. Design #160 is the sturdier of the stand-ups, which is what you want when the benchers are set out an hour before guests come in and have to still look right when benching finally starts.

It is printed in Eduth Mizrach nusach only, so order accordingly — for a room where most of the guests daven Ashkenaz you want a different design or a meshulav printing.

Design #160 also runs as a challah cover and in the simanim cards, which makes it a natural for a Rosh Hashanah seudah: the simanim cards down the middle of the table, the challah cover at the head and the benchers at each setting all in one design.
