Stand-up format, Eduth Mizrach nusach, design #252. The fold keeps it upright by the plate for the length of the seudah, which is both a presentation choice and a practical one — a standing bencher does not get buried under a bentcher-sized napkin or cleared away with the first course.
Because it prints in Eduth Mizrach only, this is a bencher for a room that davens that way, not a compromise for a mixed crowd. If the mechutanim are split, order this for the tables that need it and a second design for the rest, which is what most people ordering for a hall end up doing anyway.
