Description
A stainless steel challah knife with a serrated bread blade and a curved handle ribbed with fine horizontal stripes for grip. The handle and blade are both silver-tone steel. It is used to slice the challah after Hamotzi at the Shabbos and Yom Tov table, and the serrated edge cuts cleanly through a crusty or soft loaf. The ribbed handle gives a secure hold.
