FAQ
Is oil better than candles for the menorah?
Oil is considered more mehudar since the Chanukah miracle involved oil. But wax candles are perfectly kosher and widely used.
How long should Chanukah candles burn?
At least 30 minutes after nightfall (or after tzeis hakochavim). Our candles are sized accordingly.
