Description
It is about 500 years after the destruction of the Second Beis HaMikdash, during the reign of King Khosrow in the ancient kingdom of Persia. The Jewish people have their own leader- the Reish Galusa, descended from Dovid HaMelech - and the yeshivos of Sura and Pumpedisa are thriving. Yet right around the corner lurk danger, heartache, and a supreme struggle for survival.
Eliezer Ben-Chamu brings history to life, presenting this riveting story, based on Rabbi Marcus Lehman's famous novel, through stunning 3D illustrations. Here is an incredible lesson of emunah, bitachon, and Divine providence - taken straight out of the pages of our distant past - to inspire and delight even today.
