Description
Dear Rabbi Dalfin,
- I would like to share with you how much I have enjoyed your books. I first became familiar with your books through the wonderful series entitled The Rebbe's Advice. Since then I have purchased all your books. I have been particularly enjoying your series of books on Jewish history. I completed Lakewood and Lubavitch, Satmar and Lubavitch, The Real Shlomo, and am currently working on the Rav and Rebbe. These books are fabulous, and I can't wait to complete the entire series. I am overwhelmed by how detailed the research is and the copious footnotes. The footnotes are the most fascinating and I read every word of them. The books give tremendous insight into the breadth and depth of Lubavitch and give me an appreciation for the other important figures in modern Jewish history. These books are precious historical documents that will be studied for years to come. It is imperative that your work be supported and that you continue this work with great vigor, as the window to collect this history is rapidly coming to a close. I am happy to support your work and would encourage others to do so as well. We are all very fortunate that you have made this history available, especially someone like me who did not grow up as a Lubavitcher. May you have continued success.
- Sincerely,
- Michael Moritz Michael L. Moritz, M.D. Professor, Pediatrics University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Clinical Director, Pediatric Nephrology - UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh
