Best for
- Hot summer days, since linen breathes
- Light grey suits or grey chinos
- Vacations, summer camp visits and outdoor simchas
- Men who like the natural look of undyed linen
Not the right choice if
- Formal or black-only settings
- Keeping pristine; light linen shows marks
- A 20 cm flat or a size 7
- You want a warm accent; the rim is a cool gray
Why customers choose it
Natural oatmeal linen is the most summery kippah fabric there is: light, breathable and relaxed-looking. The light gray leather rim gives it a cooler, more tailored edge than a tan or cream rim would, and it ties in neatly with grey trousers. It is priced in the leather-rim tier at $11.99.

Frequently asked questions
What colour is the linen exactly?
A pale oatmeal, the natural colour of flax, with small darker flecks in the weave.
How does it differ from the Navy Linen Kippah with Gray Leather?
Both use a gray leather rim. The navy version is dark and dressier; this oatmeal linen is lighter and more relaxed.
Is it good for hot weather?
Yes. Linen is breathable and light, which makes it one of the coolest kippah fabrics.
Will linen wrinkle?
Linen can soften and show light creases with wear, which is part of its natural character. Store it flat.
Which size is right for an adult?
Size 5 fits most adult men, and size 6 suits a larger head. Flats come in 16 cm and 18 cm.
