Description
Beige and ivory crushed velvet meeting in a medallion — that two-tone pairing is what carries #585. The lighter ivory sits against the warmer beige so the medallion reads clearly without needing an outline, and genuine Swarovski crystals are embedded through the pattern. Crushed velvet takes light unevenly by nature, so this cover looks different at the start of the meal than it does once the candles have burned down.
Two sizes: small at 15x17.5 and large at 19.5x23.5. The small is right for a pair of challos on a family table; the large covers a full board with room to drape and is the one for Yom Tov and guests. Beige and ivory sit comfortably with both silver and gold, which is not true of every color pairing in this line.
The 585 design is also made as a matzah cover, as Pesach linens and as a tallis and tefillin bag. Building the Pesach pieces around a cover you already use through the year is the simplest way to end up with a table that matches without having planned it.
