Description
The Resin Hadlokas Neiros Block from the Waterdale Collection displays the candle lighting brachah together with the full yehi ratzon tefillah, set in clear, easy-to-read Hebrew. Cut from marbleized resin with a recessed gold-bordered panel, it is a substantial freestanding piece that needs no stand or base.
Hadlokas Neiros (הדלקת נרות) is the mitzvah of lighting candles before Shabbos (שבת) and Yom Tov, and the tefillah said afterward asks for children, health, and a home filled with light. Having the brachah and the tefillah together on one block keeps the whole text in front of you at the moment of lighting.
Available in gold and silver, it suits a contemporary or a traditional Shabbos table equally. The freestanding format is designed for use at Shabbos and Yom Tov candle lighting.
