Schottenstein Edition Mishnah Elucidated Tohoros Vol. 7

The Schottenstein Edition Talmud created a revolution in Gemara study. Now the breakthrough format is available for the Mishnah as well.

The elucidation works the same way it does in the Gemara volumes: the words of the Mishnah appear in bold, with the connecting explanation woven around them in ordinary type, so you are reading the Mishnah itself and understanding it at the same time rather than reading a paraphrase. Notes handle the background a beginner would otherwise be missing.

This volume covers Seder Tohoros, which is the hardest seder to learn without help, since almost none of it is covered by Gemara and the concepts are unfamiliar even to experienced learners. An elucidated edition is arguably more valuable here than anywhere else in Shas.
