- The sefer Nachalas Yosef is one of the most well-liked Hebrew commentaries on Megillas Rus. It was written by Rav Yoseph Lipowitz zt'l, a talmid of Rav Nosson Tzvi Finkel zt'l, the Alter of Slabodka.
