Sharing Mommy's Love: Welcoming a New Baby into the Family by Hannah Fleshel – Hardcover

Asher treasures Friday nights snuggling with Mommy and reading by candlelight, until a new baby arrives and that special time feels different. Hannah Fleshel's 24-page hardcover, illustrated by Racheli Edelstein, addresses sibling jealousy warmly and reassures children that a mother's love does not run out.

Welcoming a New Baby into the Family

Asher's favorite time of the week is right after candlelighting each Friday night, when he and Mommy snuggle up on the couch and read books together by the glow of the candles. It's a cozy and special time when Asher truly feels all of Mommy's love for him.

But what happens when Mommy has a new baby, and that special Asher-and-Mommy time doesn't seem the same anymore? Can Mommy still love Asher as much if now she has another child to love?

In this touchingly written and beautifully illustrated book, the jealousy that children often feel toward a new baby is dealt with in a warm and affectionate way. Join Asher as he learns that when it comes to sharing a parent's love, another baby only means more light and more love!
