Description
The swirl pattern on brocade with genuine Swarovski crystals embedded through the embroidery, the word Shabbos at the center, and a rope trimming closing the edge. This is the version of the swirl made for sparkle: the crystals follow the curves of the design rather than sitting in a border, so the whole face catches light and the pattern stays legible while doing it.
Three sizes: large at 19.5x23.5, medium at 15.5x19.5 and small at 14.5x17.5. The swirl repeats and scales cleanly, so the small does not look like a cropped large — it simply carries a tighter run of the pattern. For a full board with four or six challos, the large is the size to take.
There is a challah board made to go with this design. Board and cover in the same swirl is the pairing most people ask for once they have seen it, and it is the simplest way to make a table look put together without buying a dozen separate pieces.
