Description
Colored beads, crystals and fine wire are set mosaic-style into a sterling silver dove, so the pendant catches light the way a small stained-glass panel does. The dove measures 3/4 by 7/8 inch and hangs on a 16-inch chain.
It was designed by the artist Maya Reiten and made in Israel. At that chain length it sits near the collarbone and wears well on an ordinary weekday, though it holds its own at a simcha. The beadwork is placed by hand, so the color mix shifts from one dove to another.
