Description
The Flipped Cars Kippah is a cream cotton yarmulke for boys printed with tumbling cars, offered in 8 sizes at $9.99. Small black-outlined station wagons and SUVs are scattered over a warm sand-cream background, driving left, right, up and even upside down, so the pattern looks like a toy car pile after a busy play session. The rim is bound in matching cream fabric, and a 16 cm flat cut comes with clips. Sold by Judaica Square, shipping from Lakewood, NJ.

Not the right choice if
- You want bright colours; this print is black on cream
- You need size 6 or a 20 cm flat
- You want a dressy Shabbos kippah
- You want navy cars on light blue; choose the Flipped Car kippah instead
Why customers choose it
Car prints are usually loud, and this one is not. The cars are simple black line drawings on a sand-coloured cotton, so the kippah reads as neutral from a distance and fun up close, when you notice half the cars are flipped on their roofs. It goes with khaki shorts, navy and white, which makes it easy to wear most days. The light blue Flipped Car kippah is the same idea in cooler colours.

Frequently asked questions
Why are some cars upside down?
The print is designed so cars face every direction, including flipped over, which is where the name comes from.
Is this the same as the Flipped Car kippah?
It is a similar tumbling-car idea, but this one is black on cream, while the Flipped Car kippah has navy and mid-blue cars on pale blue.
Which size has clips?
The 16 cm flat is offered with clips as its own option. The 18 cm flat and sizes 1 to 5 do not include clips.
What colour is the background of the Flipped Cars print?
A warm cream or light sand, not bright white.
What size fits a five-year-old?
Size 2 usually fits ages 4 to 5, and size 3 ages 6 to 7. When in doubt, the larger size sits better.
