Description
Design #7071 is the single-handle cut of the lucite wash cup, finished in gold. One handle rather than two changes how it is used: the cup is held from one side and tipped, which some people prefer and which takes up less room on a crowded nightstand. It stands 4 7/8 inches high and measures 5 inches in diameter including the handle.
The body is clear acrylic, so the water level is visible without lifting it — a small thing that matters when the cup is being checked last thing at night. Lucite carries enough weight to sit stable on a hard surface, and it does not sweat or leave a ring the way a metal cup does on wood.
Between #7071 and the two-handled designs, the single handle is the cleaner-looking piece and the two-handled versions give the more secure grip. If the cup is for a child's room or for someone whose grip is not what it was, take a two-handled design. If it is for a guest room, or a sink where it needs to look right sitting out, this is the one.
