Antique Leather Kesubah Holder in Cream, 13 x 9.25 #1557

The cream version of the 1557 kesubah holder, in antique leather, measuring 13 by 9.25 inches. Cream is the softest of the three colours this design is made in, warmer than white and lighter than bronze, and it suits a couple whose other pieces run to ivory and gold rather than to darker tones.

It is built to hold the shtar kesubah flat at full size. That is not a small thing: a kesubah is written to be kept, and the ordinary fate of one is a drawer, a folder, or the tube it was carried home from the chuppah in, none of which do it any good over decades.
