White antique leather cut for a shtar tenoim, design 1557, measuring 13 by 9.25 inches. It holds the document flat and uncreased, which is what a piece of paper signed at a vort and then kept for the next fifty years actually needs, and the white finish makes it a natural gift piece rather than something functional.

The tenoim is the first of the two documents a couple accumulates, and it is the one most likely to go missing.
