Antique Leather Tenoim Holder in Bronze, 13 x 9.25 #1557

The tenoim counterpart in the 1557 design, antique leather in bronze, 13 by 9.25 inches. It is cut for the shtar tenoim, the document written and read at the vort, and the finish matches the kesubah holder in the same design and colour so a couple ends up with a matched pair covering both documents.

The tenoim tends to be the more neglected of the two. The kesubah at least gets attention because it comes home from the chuppah in someone's hands, while the tenoim is signed at the vort, admired for an evening, and then very often ends up in a drawer with the sheva brachos seating cards. A holder cut to its size keeps it flat and keeps it findable.
