Matzah Cover with Swarovski Crystals, Modd'e Collection #650

Genuine Swarovski crystals set into the Modd'e Collection's #650 pattern, worked with restraint — the stones are placed along the design rather than poured across it, so the cover carries light without looking busy once the candles are lit.

Three sizes are made. The 30cm kids size comes with no insert pockets. The 40cm bucherim size includes one pocket insert. The 47cm men size includes three pocket inserts, one per matzah, which keeps the three in order from the beginning of the Seder through the afikomen without anyone sorting them by hand. The 47cm is the size for the head of the table; the 40cm is for a bochur at his own place.

#650 is one of Malchut's broader families — challah covers, challah boards, haggadah covers and zemiros booklets are all made to the number. The zemiros booklet is the piece worth noting, since it puts the same crystal work on the Shabbos table every week rather than once a year at the Seder.
