Tehillim HaMeforash, Antique Bronze Leather Cover, 5x7

A Tehillim in a plain bronze antique-leather cover, sized 5x7. The bronze is not a bright metallic — it is a warm, aged brown-gold that reads differently depending on the light, and the antique treatment means the corners and spine will darken with use rather than wear through to something pale underneath.

This is the HaMeforash edition, which prints the peirush beside the text. For most people that is the difference between saying Tehillim and understanding it, and it is why this version tends to be the one bought for someone who has undertaken to say a set amount daily. The 5x7 format keeps the type readable without making the sefer heavy in the hand.

A Tehillim gets handled harder than almost any other sefer — carried in a bag, opened on a train, left in a car, passed to whoever needs it. The leather cover exists for exactly that. If you are putting together a set for a chosson or a bar mitzvah bochur, this pairs naturally with a leather siddur of the same size, and the two look right stacked together on a shtender.
