There are two choices. Cover color comes in black or white: black is the default for a men's simcha and white suits a chasunah or a lighter table setting. Nusach comes in Ashkenaz, Sefard or Eduth Mizrach, and the two options combine, so an order can be split by nusach and by color across a mixed crowd without compromising on either.
At wallet size these are ordered by the box rather than the handful, and they are the standard giveaway at a bar mitzvah or sheva brachos where a full bencher is more than the occasion calls for. The #261 design also runs on Malchut's tallis and tefillin bags for a family looking to keep the pieces consistent.
